Joomla! 2.5
Begin augustus kwam de Joomla! PLT (Production Leadership Team) bijeen in San José, Californië. Via een wereldwijde stemming werd de community een keuze te maken voor de benaming van de volgende lange termijn versie (LTR) van Joomla!. De uitkomst hiervan is dat de LTR Joomla! versie die in januari 2012 verschijnt versienummer 2.5 zal dragen.
